The Me-Time Mixtape: Three essential hand-curated links and resources on creative self-care. Carve out some me time this week!

Self-acceptance is a prelude to belonging. It may not feel like a logical connection, but accepting yourself, flaws and all, is the only way to stop the comparison and critical self-judgment that stands between you and your sense of belonging.

In this week's podcast episode, I discuss how feeling left out in certain social and work situations pushed me to evaluate my feelings of self-belonging. I hope choosing these healthy foods will keep you energized for the upcoming holiday season. I'm stocking up on avocados, mushrooms, and cabbage. What are you choosing? 🍍🍄‍🟫
